| The
design has been developed over 15 years from personal
Fifteen trailing experience as well as listening
to our customer feedback. We believe it to be the
best all round Flying Fifteen trailer around. |
| It
features: |
|
 |
|
|
| Construction: |
| Robust,
fully hot dipped galvanised frame built from 2"
box section steel. |
| All
welding is carried out by fully qualified welders. |
| |
|
| Suspension,
Mudguards & Steps |
| All
our trailers use the highly rated Indespension
suspension units. |
| The
steel mudguards are galvanised steel, strong enough
for the heaviest of crew to stand on, thus eliminating
the need for a step. |
| However,
we can supply a bolt on step for shorter legs, as
shown here! |
|

|
 |
| Low
Centre of Gravity |
| The
keel support is low slung as a standard on modern
trailers, facilitating better towing and easier
launching and recovery. |
|
| Space
to get round trailer and open back doors |
| There
is sufficient space between the front support and
the tow hitch to allow for opening of back doors
on almost all vehicles, including 4*4's. There is
also sufficient room to walk between the car and
the boat, surprisingly rare in boat trailers |
|
 |
 |
| Simpler
Rudder fitting |
| The
jockey wheel is designed so that it can be fully
retracted under the trailer, allowing the bow to
be fully dropped. This makes fitting the rudder
easier |
|
| Hull
Support |
For
those who insist on additional hull support, risking
damage the hull and get spinnaker sheets caught
when launching and recovering, we can fit a hull
support. We do not recommned it!
The
hull is already well supported by the strong box
section uprights. These are deliberately deeper
than our competitors to prevent damage when launching
and recovering in a swell or on a steep slip. |
